Sebastian and Ashley Risse moved to Switzerland from sunny, yet hurricane ridden Florida in March, 2006. Sebastian is a German citizen who has lived in the US for the past 7 years. Ashley is an American citizen who has lived all over, including the Philippines, Italy and many states of the US. Ashley and Sebastian met at work and married in 2004. They started a small brewery in their garage which developed into Hyde Park Brewing Systems and the world famous brand, Hyde Park Hooch (now called Brauerei 8143). Since the couple is so adventurous and a bit nutty, they decided to move to Switzerland to expand the brewery and enjoy the beauty and culture Europe has to offer. Two years later on March 11, 2008, baby Geneva joined the family.
